These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Superior Drywall Company LLC website at superiordrywallcompany.com and the services we provide. By using our website or hiring us for drywall work, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
About Superior Drywall Company
Superior Drywall Company LLC is a licensed drywall contractor serving Bellevue, WA and the Eastside. We are licensed in Washington State under license number SUPERDC750M8 and carry $1 million in general liability insurance. We provide drywall installation, repair, finishing, and related services to homeowners and property managers in our service area.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are free and come with no obligation. An estimate becomes a binding quote only after both parties sign a written agreement or contract. Verbal estimates are not binding.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material prices can change and the scope of work may need to be adjusted after we start if hidden conditions are found. We will always tell you before any extra charges are added.
Scheduling and Work
Once a project is booked, we will confirm the start date in writing. You agree to give our crew safe and reasonable access to the work area during scheduled hours.
Before we arrive, you are responsible for:
- Clearing personal items, furniture, and valuables from the work area
- Protecting or removing items that cannot be moved
- Making sure pets are safely away from the work area
- Providing access to water and power when needed
- Pointing out any hidden electrical, plumbing, or other utilities
We clean up after every job and haul away drywall debris. Deep cleaning, paint touch-up outside the work area, and repairs to items damaged by pre-existing conditions are not part of our scope unless agreed to in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your signed contract or invoice. Typical terms include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and approved electronic payments.
Invoices are due within 7 days of the completion date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as allowed under Washington State law. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Our Craftsmanship Warranty
We stand behind every drywall job with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty starting on the date the project is completed.
What is covered. Visible cracks, seam separation, nail pops, or finish defects caused by our workmanship. If any of these appear during the warranty period, contact us and we will fix them at no cost.
What is not covered. Damage caused by settling of the home, water leaks, plumbing or roof failures, foundation shifting, earthquakes, fire, impact damage, paint or wallpaper issues, or normal wear and tear. Work performed by others after we leave the site is not covered.

You agree to use our website lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not:

If you leave us a review or testimonial, you agree that we may share it on our website, Google Business Profile, and marketing materials. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience with our services.
Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other websites we do not own or control, such as Google Maps or our Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability
Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or always accessible.
For work we perform, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost time, lost wages, or loss of use. Nothing in this section limits our liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Washington State law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Most issues can be worked out with a phone call.
If we cannot resolve the issue, any dispute will be handled under the laws of the State of Washington. The courts of King County, Washington will have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
